undefined Although it seems impossible, Brock keeps getting cuter and cuter!  He is sporting two flashy new teeth and still charming women with those big brown eyes.  At every session so far, Brock has been very content to sit and smile at all the crazy things we do to make him laugh.  The last three months has brought a big change in his activity level for sure!  At six months, he was just starting to sit up on his own.  When I arrived at his Aunt’s house for this session, I was so surprised to see the big guy standing up and walking himself around the coffee table!  He’s now an official mover and shaker and we’re all along for the ride :)

Alec is a senior at Bellmont this year and will soon be ending his high school career.  His mom called me last fall to set up his session and told me that Alec likes texture and urban looks in photographs and wanted to incorporate that look into his entire session.  Along with his mom and dad, Alec and I scouted out some great locations around town that suited him perfectly.

My friendship with Katie has always meant the world to me.  In high school, she was my pseudo-sister and the person whose house you could always find me at.  We went to dances, cried over boys…oh goodness…such a long time ago!  She was the maid of honor at my wedding.  As our lives have grown to include husbands, children and careers, we don’t get the chance to talk as much as we’d like (unless you count the marathon facebook chats that happen when our kiddos are napping).  We always pick right back up where we left off.

Katie and husband Jarod welcomed little Jillian last November and along with son Jay, they became a family of four.  I hadn’t spoken to Katie in months until one very cold January afternoon when she tracked me down on facebook…of course!  She wanted to do a session with the little lady and boom..it was done!

undefined Jillian was so wide awake that we prayed she would doze off for at least a few!  Meanwhile, big brother Jay  was cracking me up and forcing me to constantly stifle my sometimes obnoxious laugh!  That boy is hilarious….although he didn’t want his picture taken!

I told Katie that I was going to steal this super soft green blanket she has….because it matches my logo ;)

undefined As Jillian dozed off, Katie, Jay and I dined on taco pizza (a favorite from high school) and crammed as much conversation as we could into our early afternoon.  Just like old times :)  Can’t wait to see everyone again soon!
